Terms and conditions

1. Privacy Policy - "We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties"

2. Payment Flow and Delivery Policy - Your driver for the agreed journey will arrive at the requested time. Payment can be made by cash, credit card, or debit card

3. Waiting Charges - If the driver has to wait beyond the scheduled arrival time, a charge of £50.00 per hour (or part thereof) will apply.

For airport, seaport, and train pickups, one hour of waiting is included in the price. After the first hour, an additional charge of £50.00 will be incurred for each subsequent hour or part thereof.

Please ensure that you are ready at the designated pickup location to avoid any additional waiting charges. Thank you for choosing our service.

5. Cancellation Process - Cancellations must be made by email. Please ensure you contact us directly to initiate the cancellation process.
