Bookings and Payment
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. By making a booking, you agree to the cancellation terms set out below.
Customer Cancellations
We understand that plans can change; however, due to the nature of pre booked transport services, cancellation charges apply as follows:
- More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund
- 12-24 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 12 hours before pickup: No refund will be provided
Cancellations within the final 12 hours are charged in full due to the short notice, vehicle allocation, and the likelihood that we are unable to re sell the booking time.
No Shows
If a passenger does not attend at the agreed pickup time without notice, the full fare will be charged and no refund will be given.
Our Right to Cancel
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund or an alternative service where possible.
Fair Use Statement
All cancellation charges represent a genuine estimate of the losses we incur as a result of late cancellations, including driver allocation, scheduling, and loss of alternative work.
